Refund & Returns Policy

At Mega Save Wholesaler, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.

Returns

Returns may be requested within 14 days of receiving your order. To qualify for a return, the product must be unused, unopened, in its original packaging and in the same condition in which it was received.

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used hair care, beauty and personal-care products cannot generally be returned, except where the product is defective, damaged or otherwise required by applicable consumer law.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If you receive an incorrect, damaged or defective product, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photographs of the product and packaging.

Once the issue has been assessed and approved, we will arrange an appropriate replacement, refund or other remedy.

Change-of-Mind Returns

If you change your mind about an eligible unopened product, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the customer's responsibility.

Products must be returned in their original, unused and unopened condition.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect an approved return, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow additional processing time for your bank or payment provider to reflect the refund in your account.

Shipping Charges

Original delivery charges are generally non-refundable for change-of-mind returns. If an item was supplied incorrectly, damaged or defective, we will handle the matter in accordance with applicable consumer protection requirements.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has already been dispatched, it may need to be handled as a return.
